ADHD Natural Remedies

ADHD natural remedies do exist. There are natural ADHD treatments, which boost the body and  mind, restoring the balance needed to cope with today’s society.

The first step is to clarify what ADHD is and what it is not. This condition is very real (to those who claim it does not exist), but is complex requiring individual solutions. The solutions are there once we cut through the fog of confusion making this the most diagnosed and misdiagnosed condition among children in the United States today.

Over the last century since ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) was first described, the name changed, reflecting social attitudes and the scientific communities struggle to understand this condition. It started out as a moral disorder and has now the stage where it is described as a neurological disorder.

In this blog we will touch on both these ideas and expand the view of ADHD to show it is a range of conditions, most of which are curable or are blessings in disguise.

The moral disorder is found in abused and neglected children from dysfunctional or pathological families. The neurological disorder is a result of environments such as pregnant mothers smoking and abusing alcohol and drugs, as well as from traumatic head injuries. However neither of these explain the attention deficit disorder we usually associate with ADD and ADHD.

To get there we need to look at the causes of hyperactive, impulsive and inattentive behavior and then consider how society has changed during the last 150 years. The ADHD genes (yes there are many, each of which play their role) are a part of our human genetic makeup. Our genes have not changed dramatically over the last 150 years.

Understanding and coming to terms with ADD/ADHD and curing the negative behavior with natural ADHD treatments are doable and although the steps to relief require somewhat more effort than popping a pill, the results are long lasting.

Hi, This sounds like you are getting to the nuts and bolts of the problem. The cause is the problem not the symptom as is posted in the blog http://www.hypertensioncause.info/
